She got goosebumps

Noelle got goosebumps when she tasted our latest creation: the bacon, spinach, salsa sandwich.  We used four or five slices of center cut bacon, a heaping wad of spinach, and spread fresh hot salsa (a pretty chunky variety with lots of hot pepper) on a toasted bun. Add a bit of mayo, and “fabulous!” Just the right combo of contrasts, hot (bacon) and cold (spinach), crunchy (toast, spinach and bacon) and moist (mayo), salty (bacon) and sweet (onions, etc.  in the salsa), spicy (hot peppers) and mild (spinach).
