After waking up and taking August to school, I curled up with a book and fell asleep. Took a NAP all morning. Guess I was tired.
Had a date/lunch with Noelle at Reka’s Thai. Then opened a new book and dove in. I’m reading Mighty Be Our Powers: How Sisterhood, Prayer, and Sex Changed a Nation at War by Leymah Gbowee, one of three women who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2011.
Spent 90 minutes playing tag with children on the playground after school, and pushing on the swings. It was NOT a warm day. The groundhog says six more weeks.
We are starting a new bedtime routine with August tonight. Pray for us…
